OUR MANAGEMENT TEAM
Our management team brings together the complementary expertise in all the key functions of a company of our skilled managers. Led by its two co-founders, the team drives all aspects of each deal including sourcing, review, diligence, structure, closing, integration and active growth management.
Co-chairman and CEO
Patrick Dussault, an entrepreneur at heart, has been in business for close to 20 years. As an investor, he has participated in the acquisition of various SMEs and, as an owner, actively contributed to their growth on the national and international scene. This business enthusiast also evolved in the banking world, namely at BMO and National Bank.
Through his leading role at NAMAKOR Holdings and as an active YPO (Young Presidents’ Organization) manager in both Canada and the United States, this visionary takes concrete action by sharing his skills, experience and extensive network of contacts with the top management of North American businesses.
An administration graduate from UQAM, Patrick Dussault also has a diploma in financial analysis and has received training at McDonald’s University, the fast food restaurant giant.
Unremittingly committed to the well-being of the community, Patrick is currently a member of the board of the Tampa zoo in Florida.
President and COO
As a former member of the Control Management team at Bombardier Transport and Vice-President of Johnvince Foods, Stéphane Huot is the executive vice-president of the board of Termaco, GGI Solutions and GelPac Inc., Canadian companies that has experienced exceptional growth under his leadership. This operations professional ensures that the business reaches its full potential.
One of Stéphane’s key strengths is knowing how to to build a strong team and managing to put forward the skills and synergy of his teams to optimize productivity and performance.
Recognized by his peers for his keen sense of analysis and innate talent in the art of developping strategies that will play an essential role in the growth of a business, Stéphane Huot has a diploma in administration from UQAM. Throughout the years, he gained solid experience in management, finance and operational control.
Vivek Seth has more than 29 years of corporate finance and real estate experience and has completed transactions in excess of $110 billion. He is the Co-Chairman of Namakor and founder and Managing Partner of Sunsar Capital Management. Most recently, Vivek served as the Vice Chairman of Investment Banking at Raymond James and prior to that was the Managing Director, Head of the Real Estate Investment Banking Group after founding the group in August 2001.
Throughout his career, Vivek has been instrumental in the formation and growth of several high quality, private and public companies, primarily in the real estate arena and has been involved in over 30 as lead banker or advisor since 1992. Vivek remains passionate about partnering with high quality, growth-oriented executives/sponsors, owners & operators to create the next generation of leading companies. He currently serves as board member/advisor on several emerging growth companies including E-Line Media and Engineer.AI.
Vivek received a Bachelor of Science in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Notre Dame.

NOÉMIE OUELLET-GENDRON, CPA, CA
Vice president & CFO
A seasoned M&A specialist and forensic accountant, Noémie Ouellet-Gendron is a trusted counsel having contributed to many successful major M&A and divestiture assignments for both open and private equity funds during her years with Richter LLP and Richter Consulting Services.
Her quick understanding of strategic issues along with her deep analytical skills and thoroughness make of Noémie a pivotal partner in the tasks of evaluating with precision the earnings and the working capital of the companies involved as well as successfully completing the due diligence process.
Holding a Bachelor of commerce (B. Com.) as well as a Specialized Graduate Diploma in accounting (S.G.D.A) from Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM), Mrs. Ouellet-Gendron plays a major role in the success and growth of NAMAKOR Holdings.
Vice president, Investments
As a founding associate of Sunsar Capital ($850 MM+ in Real Estate assets) and former Associate Consultant at Wipro Consulting, Abhi has well-rounded financial experience in real estate, financial services and TMT. At NAMAKOR Holdings, Abhi underwrites prospective investments, prepares financial models and investment committee memos, communicates investment rationales and manages the existing investments.
Over the course of his career, he has developed and communicated investment theses to investment staff, conducted extensive due diligence, and assessed potential investment outcomes. Abhi is well-versed in underwriting, capital raising, acquisitions and dispositions. He has underwritten and closed over $300 MM in real estate transactions.
Abhi holds a B.B.A from Symbiosis International University and M.S from Brown University
Mathieu has more than 35 years of experience in private equity, mergers & acquisitions, corporate development and strategic planning. He has a track record of supporting growth in order to create value for stakeholders. Mathieu is experienced in all aspects of private equity, including fund raising, investor relations, deal sourcing and negotiations, due diligence, investment monitoring, value creation plan execution, and exits.
He was Senior Vice President at Caisse de Dépôt et Placement du Québec where he was responsible to oversee the Caisse’s private equity investments in Quebec-based companies. Prior to joining the Caisse, he was Partner at Richter Advisory Group Inc. where he provided transaction advisory services in various industries. He previously worked for Schroders & Associates Canada Inc., a leading international manager of Buy-Out funds, where he was also Partner.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University, and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA), a Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

President and general manager, Termaco Ltd
Miro Yaghi is a seasoned, experienced leader holding a Masters degree in industrial Engineering (M. Eng), a Masters in business administration (MBA) and a certified accountant CPA. Throughout his career he built up an impressive track record. As such he has occupied strategic positions and leading roles in companies of international scope active in various industries, notably, aerospace, railways, banking, and in the manufacturing and distribution sectors.
He is recognized by his peers as being results oriented and a strategic leader for business development and for optimizing business execution. Miro will invest his skills, energy and leadership in order to lead and accelerate the growth of Termaco.
President and general manager, Gelpac Inc.
With more than 20 years of experience in the manufacturing field, Alain Robillard rose from the position of comptroller to become CEO. Companies under his management enjoyed exceptional growth and were recognized as models of integrity within the industry. President and general manager of Gelpac Inc., he ensures that each stakeholder contributes to the achievement of the strategic plan.
A key strength of this manager with a keen long-term vision, is the quality of his leadership. Day-in, day-out he strives to optimize the synergy of his teams in order to efficiently reach bold targets.
To his open mind and multidisciplinary skills, Alain adds a diploma in administration from l’Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) and holds the CPA and CA certifications from l’Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec.
President and general manager, E2iP Technologies GGI Solutions
A seasoned business leader with a proven track record, Eric’s comprehensive Sales and International business development career covered the telecommunications (Inmarsat, Teleglobe), e-commerce (Mediagrif) and enterprise application (Infor) fields. He further developed his expertise by managing engineering groups (software and hardware) as well as directing manufacturing and supply chain operations in the electronic and digital media fields. As general manager of TouchTunes, Eric was a key member of the team that managed its turn-around and its high value sale to Soros and Searchlight Capital Partners.
Namakor Holdings will benefit from his expertise in the areas of businesses with accelerated growth and those operating in multicultural markets.
Eric’s college education in Sciences was rounded up with studies in psychology at Mc Gill University and Business Administration at Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM).

Because the devil is always in the details, our administration team prides itself in the scrupulous preparation of all the relevant internal and external documents as well as in meeting the tightest deadlines.
Mrs. Eva Neves has acquired an exceptional skill set in the handling of complex files at both the national and international levels as she significantly contributed to the efficiency of the management activities in Quebec of the Electronic Products Recycling Association and, mostly, those of Panalpina Inc. the worldwide leader in the field of air and ocean freight services.
Her versatility, analytical and synthesis abilities, thoroughness and work ethic make her a valued arm of the management team that she supports with diligence by ensuring the optimal organisation of all the administrative tasks of NAMAKOR Holdings.
Trilingual, Mrs. Neves holds a college degree in Social Science from CEGEP Edouard-Montpetit as well as numerous specialized training certificates such as one in Time management and one from the Professional Assistant Summit Workshop 2018, under the direction of Mrs. Sue France a recognized worldwide authority on the subject.
